NY based artist KAWS has teamed up with Medicom Toy which is based in Japan, to release an amazing collabo' for OriginalFake. I like the pieces in the collection thus far, especially the fly outerwear. Everyone knows how I feel about a hot trench but the forest green varsity inspired jacket takes the cake. That style of jacket always reminds me of being a freshmen in high school with the cute letterman jackets!I love that KAWS kept it urban and hip for f/w but at the same time went in a different direction from the s/s 2010 collection. He's showing his versatility with design catering to other potential customers because no matter your swagger you'll find more than one exclusive piece to add to your 'drobe! KAWS has also collaborated with New Era, Loopwheeler and Porter, for the OriginalFake f/w collection, pieces range from their staple tees to ear muffs. Can't wait to see more items from the collection!!
