No Boys Allowed!!

Ms. Keri Baby has dropped her new album "No Boys Allowed" last week and the reviews are mixed in regards to the quality of the content on the album I personally haven't fully taken in all of the songs on the album so I wouldn't be able to give an informative review. With her fiery girl power lyrics and infectious beats I'm sure the album is a hit. Out of the few songs I've listened to I will say that I'm obsessed with "One night stand" feat Chris Brown that song bumps on my Ipod all day everyday. I personally love the title of the album because I'm totally about joining the "No Boys Allowed" team, don't worry Freshmen I haven't switched teams lol it just means that I'm too grown to be talking to little boys so bring on the men! Keri has gone as far as hitting up her girl Melody Ehsani to design "No Boys Allowed" necklaces which I think is dope. I'm totally about getting one to add to my collection of accessories! All I want for Christmas is...

... this Lanvin cocktail ring! Loves! Anyone who knows the Liipstik ladies know that we adore luxe accessories I mean the bigger the better right? Lanvin is one of my fave brands and this is a great cocktail ring to wear with a cute dress or jeans and a leather.

The price tag is pretty hefty I can't really justify spending $420 on a ring but at the same time its soooo pretty! Anyways I'm adding this too my Christmas wish list!

Diary of a Fab Stylist -- Origami Jewellery

As a kid I remember being fascinated by Origami, in elementary, I had a few friends that could create just about anything out of Origami and my friend Chante and I were obsessed with making paper cranes when our school did the Tribute to the Hiroshima bombings in Japan. Never in my wildest dreams have I ever thought that those paper creations could be made into jewellery.

Claire Naa and Arnaud Soulignac are the duo behind "Origami Jewellery" they initially started off with thread and paper but now they're using mixed metals to create their earrings and necklaces. My fave piece would have to be the Origami rabbit with the pink ears, super cute! More images of their designs below!
