Burberry Expansion

Today Burberry announced they will expand their brand by launching a new colour cosmetics line in July. Christopher Bailey, creative director for the luxury brand, was driven to create the line after his dissatisfaction with the caked-on makeup for the looks in his past fashion show.

The 96-piece line was inspired by the Burberry staple trenchcoat and will consist of bronzer, liquid foundation, powder, lipstick, lip gloss and eye shadow. And will be sold at Nordstrom and will eventually expand.

This is a pretty interesting step for the brand considering they already have clothes and perfumes. I wonder what else the brand plans to expand.
