Get this look-- Summer says "I don't wanna leave but I gotta go right now"

1. Brian Lichtenberg, tank for Forever 21 $14.80
2. Monki, Jeans $70
3. Peter Jensen, Anaconda Angela Bag
$300.00
4. Urban Outfitters, Bead and Tassel Duster Earrings $28.00

5. Hermes, Leather Cuff $1,100
6. Urban Outfitters, Multiple Crosses Layering Necklace $28.00
7. Jeffrey Campbell, Wedges 189
8. 62, Snake Print Metal Temple Sunglasses $40
9. Urban Outfitters, Cross Double Finger Ring
10. OPI, Nail Polish $9

So I would classify this fit as a transitional look from summer into fall. I wanted to create a look that was fun and casual but at the same time didn't scream summer. Its time to start picking up basic fall must haves while stores are introducing their fall collections. I chose one of the Brian Lichtenberg tanks we featured earlier in the week as one of the pieces because its cute fun and is still something you can wear in warmer weather. The Jeffrey Campbell wedges are BANANAS and they are perfect with this casual look just roll your jeans to get that disheveled look and your good to go. You don't want to leave your jeans unrolled because it will hide the detailing. The exception to that is if you're wearing a tapered pair because then you can just leave the jeans as is.

I always say splurge on timeless accessories and this Hermes cuff is no exception, its edgy and it adds a little bit of bling to the look. I chose a pretty greyish purple polish because those pastels and bright colours will soon be to summery to wear during the coming months. Hopefully this casual look, which is ideal for kickin' it with the girls on the weekend or just chilling out with your boo for a matinee during the week will help with make that summer to fall transition that much easier!

FreshMen -- Get This Look!!

We've received an overwhelming response from the men who want to get looks that resemble Pharrell Williams, Kid Cudi, and Kanye West. So this week we're going to focus on a cool casual look from rapper/producer Pharrell of N.E.R.D.

I've noticed that Pharrell regardless of his look always looks well put together and effortless. The thing that I admire about him is that he doesn't follow the trends he makes them, and regardless of the criticism that he receives because of his fits, he continues to stay true to himself.

  1. Forever 21 Striped Cardigan $19.90
  2. Forever 21 Straight Leg Jeans $32.90
  3. Light Blue Chambray Shirt $20
  4. Generic Surplus Wing Tip Cognac Suede $85
  5. The Brothers Bray & Co. Laptop Briefcase $48
  6. Aldo Necklace $18
  7. Leather annd Tweed Cuff $12
  8. UO Leather Wrap Bracelet $12
  9. Braided Rope and Leather Cuff $8

So the look that I've put together definitely has the Pharrell vibe but with a twist. Jean shirts are making a comeback, they are no longer for country boys and cowboys. They're really big this season so I wanted to incorporate that into the look. I love cardigans and I think that they add a more mature feel to any look, whether your wearing a t-shirt or a dress shirt underneath.

These cognac colored Generic Surplus sneakers are sooooo hot! The color is so rich and I love that they kind of look like a wingtip dress shoe but in sneaker form. I don't think men wear enough accessories, I love necklaces and bracelets from wood to rope, they`re trendy yet still manly. I saw the straw colored laptop carrying case/bag and thought it was so cute and stylish, I`m really tired of seeing grown men wearing Jansport backpacks this is a stylish way to carry your important documents whether they're for school or work without looking like your in the 7th grade.

Exclusives -- Get this Look!!

  • UO Wooden Buckle Belt $20
  • Sparkle & Fade Puff Sleeve Faux Leather Jacket $138
  • Silence & Noise Romper $78
  • Rosegold Suede Black Heels $168
  • Aldo Necklace $14
  • Anchor Ring $12
  • Aldo Clutch $40
  • Aldo Bracelet $15

Earlier in the week we posted on Chanel Iman's cute fit, so I decided to do a "Get this look" post regarding that. Spring is definitely here and rompers are really hot this season. The thing that I love about them is they're versatile you can dress em up or dress them down.

For this date worthy look, dressing up a casual romper with some heels and accessories says I'm stylish but I'm not trying too hard! The good thing about wearing an all black outfit is that you can play around with different accents of colors. Since I'm loving the corals and the pretty pinks I thought a bright coral clutch would look really hot with this fit and it screams summer. To highlight the clutch I chose accessories that followed the same color palate so that you're not matching head to toe. It's ok for the colors to be a little off sometimes, I think when you do that it adds a little bit more fun to your look.

I also incorporated a cream belt to break up the head to toe black on black. The good thing about the jumper is it can go with a belt or without it. The belt adds something different to the look and also defines the waistline. I have to say my favourite part of this look is the cute anchor ring, its super cheap and you can wear it with anything!
