Kate Moss Last Collection For Topshop

"I hate to see her go, but I love to watch her leave." -- That's true in Kate Moss' case and the release of her final collection for fashion brand Topshop. Yesterday we showed you a sneak preview video of Moss' 14th collection and today we have images of some pieces from the collection's lookbook.

It debuts on November 2nd, but right now you can see what the collection has to offer. In addition to the last collection, Topshop is releasing 10 of Kate's most popular designs sold over her three year collaboration with the brand in a special collection called "Kate Iconic."

Check out the images. And everyday until the collection drops, Topshop will be revealing images. SCORE!

Rih-Rih Shines for Marie Claire UK

For the December 2010 edition of Marie Claire UK, popstar Rihanna shines as the cover girl of the issue. Everything about the images pop. Maybe it becuase of her firery red hair and it just makes everything stand out. But I really think it's because of her beautiful glowing skin and all her wardrobe is filled with soft whites and pastels colours.

On the cover she is sporting a Mark Fast body-con white bejeweled dress, which I LOVE! There are two covers for the issue, one for the general public and the other for special subscribers. In the issue, the Bajan bombshell talks about her career, personality, fans, fashion and her new album "Loud."

Check out some of the pictures from the mag. What a way to end off the year, with one of the best dressed in the biz!

TGIFF -- Thank Goodness It's Fashion Friday

It's TGIFF Liipstik lovers. And with all the fashion in the city going on this week, we're going to leave you to enjoy, explore and have fun with all the styles, fashions and trends to come in the next few months.

So today here at Liipstik, we're going to reminisce on the fashions of the past with a FASHION FLASHBACK.

I'm pretty ampted because on January 29th, 2011 I will be with all my family sitting FRONT ROW at a Boys II Men concert! In my best Pauly D voice, "Oooohhh yeah!" I know it's far away, but I am still so excited and so is my whole family.

My sisters had the BIGGEST crush on Boys II Men and in our room we had posters plastered all over the walls and listened to their music ALL THE TIME. Not to mention we video taped their music videos and had a cassette tape just for them!! And we LOVED IT! L-O-V-E-D. So in celebration for the big event Liipstik's fashion flashback comes from the boys from the city of brotherly love!

The R&B quintet consisted of Nathan Morris, Michael McCary, Wanya Morris, and Shawn Stockman. The created love classics like "End Of The Road," "On Bended Knee," "Motown Philly" and so many more. And like the classics they had a one of a kind style. It was so preppy, clean cut, good boy and simple. So opposite of Jodeci and other groups. It wasn't overly sexy, but it sure had sex appeal. I had my crush on Michael, I loved his deep voice, probably why I love a man with a deep voice now!

I loved their co-ordinated little cute outfits, innocence. HONESTLY, to this day I find myself loving the boys who dress simple and have the little clean cut thing going on. Okay, I have to stop talking, I'm grinning so hard my cheeks are hurting and my face is red from all the blushing!

Enjoy the fashion flashback of the day and my FAVOURITE Boys II Men video. I wished I was this girl or had all four boys serenading me. WAIT..... that will happen January 29th... PFFFFFFFFFFTTT My bad.

The ad highlights great shoes and bags from the collection! 0o0oo0o I can't wait to see the rest. How long do you think the line will be to get into H&M that morning? Hmmmm......

I'm loving it!

TGIFF -- Thank Goodness It's Fashion Friday

So, I know it's a bit late for this week's edition of "Thank Goodness It's Fashion Friday" but it is with good cause.

This morning I had a fashion emergency and needed to fix it. What was my fashion dilemma? I found myself running out of key basics and essentials in my wardrobe and I needed to re-up. So I went shopping with liipstik lover, P.R. I was going to hit up H&M, Zara and the usual store for the basics. But we had to make a few stops before we went to the mall.

Low and behold, we hit up Bathurst and Bloor to go to my FAVOURITE store as a kid, Honest Ed's! Yes, all kids with parents fresh from the islands went to Honest Ed's. And I was one of them! And being in there brought me back so many memories as a kid and reinforced one of my mom's fashion rules: You don't have to spend an arm and a leg to look good!

The best thing about fashion is fashionable bargains! I love it when I know I spent a fraction of the cost on an item and someone tells me I look fabulous. And when I tell them I got it for a good deal, they go bananas! I'm not saying I get everything in my closet on sale, at a yard sale or at a vintage store. But you can get some essentials and one-of-a-kind items at these corky spots. And not only that you can find a lot of basics for great D.I.Y (do it yourself projects) and you can't get that made if it goes wrong the first time or so because you paid close to nothing for it!

Today, for our edition of TGIFF you're Liipstik's favourite 3 hot spots in the city for fashionable bargains. READ MORE to find out...

TGIFF -- Thank Goodness It's Fashion Friday

This is the second edition of “TGIFF: Thank Goodness it’s Fashion Fridays”

We are well into the autumn season and in the middle of transforming our closet from out fun and flirty summer wardrobe to get ready for fall fashions. And here today we’re going to give you,” Liipstik’s Top 5 Got-to-Grabs” for Fall/Winter 2010.

1. Camel Tones

Camel tones are the new black for this fall/winter season. Deep nudes, khaki, browns, beige are the colours you want to add in your wardrobe for the cold seasons. Camel tones are simple to work with because they simply go with any colour and even camel accents are easy to add and subtract from an outfit.

At Chole’s fall/winter 2010 show, no outfit was seen without a hint of the it colour for the fall. From booties and coats to pants and blouses there was a splash of browns on every piece in the collection. We suggest, if you’re not a fan of the colour start off small with a pair of camel toned shoes and then work your way up!

Roberto Cavalli Celebrates 40

This year marks the 40th anniversary of Roberto Cavalli in the fashion industry. And to celebrate the world-renowned designer threw a party during Milan Fashion Week in Paris.

The party took place right after his showing during fashion week. That's right he flew from Milan to Paris to celebrate and it was just as spectacular as the show itself. Many celebs and fashion elite joined the festivities like Rachel Bilson, Heidi Klum, model Natalia Vodianova, Leona Lewis, Taylor Swift and many more.

The party decor was just as glam, stunning and sophisticated as the guests who attended, both inside and outside the venue.

Looked like a glorious and fun affair. Hey Mr. Cavalli, where was our invite!? Maybe next time. Congrats to 40 years! Can't wait for more.

Rachel Roy is at it Again!

Rachel Roy has gone mad. She has just released images of her new earring collection for her line Rachel by Rachel Roy. And once again, she's at it again.

The collection is simple, fun, beautiful and affordable. The collection has a every exotic feel to them; especially with the bold animal prints, spikes, bones and patterns. My favourite pair are the Pearl Dangle Earrings at $44.

The earrings are affordable and any piece in the collection can go with your work daytime look and transform into a fun and flirty night look.
