In true Versace fashion Kersahw is decked out in bold gold accessories, bright colours and a bold pattern.

CK One Ad Campaign

CK One is really trying to make that comeback right about now, they've enlisted the edgiest and hottest models to be in their new ad campaigns. Fashion sweethearts Abbey Lee Kersaw, Lara Stone, Alice Dellal and Cassie are working it out in the ad reminiscent of the original Calvin Klein ads from the 90's. Steven Miesel, is the man behind the lense for these ads and I'm actually loving what I'm seeing, the commercial is tres cute, I mean who doesn't love sexy guys and girls in their skivvies? Lol.

“It’s a great evolution of the original campaign,” CKI president and chief executive officer Tom Murry said. “It’s what the original campaign and the DNA of ck one stood for, but made relevant and current.” … There are four different iterations — for Jeans, Underwear, Fragrance and one for all categories — with more than 60 differently edited variations, some of which specifically target Asia. A key purpose is to drive traffic to ckone.com, which offers profiles of the cast and background content, and lets visitors upload their own ck one video versions"

Seems like they've put a lot of creative thought and financial backing behind this new campaign, can Calvin Klein come back on top?

Tom Ford S/S 11 Eyewear x S/S 2011 Runway Show

This is Liipstik's first post of the New Year and of course we had to bring the fire with something fabulous from designer Tom Ford. I can't think of a better post than the footage from the VIP fashion show Ford had for his women's collection and his eye wear campaign for s/s 11 featuring Abbey Lee Kershaw.

Miss Abbey has switched it up on us and I'm loving this blonde on her. The campaign features some pieces from Fords womenswear collection and I see my favourite necklace from his collection has made an appearance once again. I commented on the gigantic crystal necklace a while back when they featured Ford's collection in Vogue and I will reiterate once again that I adoreeeee this necklace! The campaign is solid drawing inspiration from the 70's in a chic and sophisticated way.

The fashion show is in itself amazing, its very intimate and the who's who of fashion are in attendance. The models include Natalia Vodianova, Liya Kebede and Beyonce to name a few, Ford used women from all shapes, sizes, and walks of life to represent on his runway and it was dope. The show was very interactive and fun, I can only imagine how amazing the experience was as an attendee!

News -- Has this Balmain Dress Broken a Record?

Which dress is taking the magazine world by storm and stirring up a little contoversy as well? Its none other than the sparkly gold Balmain number that was featured in the F/W 2010 collection. Seems like Anja Rubik must have really worked that dress on the runway because editors from 7 Magazines pegged the dress to be on their cover. The dress costs $31,000 for the shorter version and $34,000 for the longer version according to the Daily Mail. I guess the good thing about the dress is thaqt it doesn't look the same in every picture, you have to kind of examine it to realize that the dresses are the same. Below are the covers and also the runway look so in your opinion who rocked it best?

Abbey Lee for Vogue Deutsch, August 2010

Toni Garrn for Vogue EspaƱa, November 2010

Claudia Schiffer for Zeit Magazin, October 2010

Cindy Crawford for Vogue India, October 2010

Natalia Vodianova for Harper's Bazaar UK, December 2010

Anna Dello Russo for 10 Magazine, Winter 2011

Here are some images of the Chanel store opening in Soho last week. Fashion maven Karl Lagerfeld walked in with the beautiful Blake Lively to an array of A-Lister guests.

They enjoyed some deejaying from fashionista Alexa Chung and checked out some of the hot pieces Chanel has got to offer. Check out pics of the who's who and also a video of the event courtesy of the "Pursuitists".

Video Fab -- Alexander Wang F/W 2010 Campaign Ad

Yesterday Alexander Wang released his first video campaign for F/W 2010 and we've gotten the vid! Its very sexy and may be considered NSFW so be careful where you watch it lol. The video stars Abbey Lee who is working Wang's wall street inspired fall collection. Now to give off that wall street vibe without having her actually be on the street they used newspapers flying all over the place to create the busy atmosphere, creative! Check the vid!

Exclusives -- H&M`s Divided Line for Fall

H&M has released their fall lookbook for their 2010 Divided line featuring supermodel Abbey Lee Kershaw, Karmen Pedaru, Patricia van der Vliet, Bastiaan Ninaber and Josh Beech . As many of us are aware, the Divided line is more young and hip and these pieces definitely reflect that.

The line is definitely incorporating the key colour palates and patterns for fall that have been seen on the runways such as red, animal print, camel, and army green. Some of these pieces are available in stores but the rest will be available just in time for back to school. More pics of the collection below!
